Youth & Women Empowerment
FESD promotes youth and women empowerment by building their skills, confidence, and opportunities to actively participate in sustainable development. The program provides capacity-building training in areas such as sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, entrepreneurship, and climate-smart practices. Through these initiatives, young people and women gain practical knowledge and leadership skills that enable them to improve their livelihoods, contribute to community development, and take an active role in environmental protection.
The program also supports income-generating activities and mentorship opportunities that strengthen economic independence and long-term resilience. By encouraging participation, leadership, and peer learning, FESD empowers women and youth to become agents of change within their communities.
